Villa Sound offers an enormous private pool, equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas as well as various sitting and relaxing area all around the property including outdoor dining facilities with a 5 mt long dining table, and both internal and external gym.

Villa Sound offers a perfect blend of modernity and local tradition, being recently restored it has been thought thoroughly giving its guests the ultimate luxurious accommodation with all the modern equipements and with its unique attention to details.

The main house offers an extremly large open space living area with glass doors which allows an easy access to the pool area, a large kitchen is located on the same level, as well as staff room and a guests toilet.

Everything is set to the highest standards including heating floor, Interior salon with TV & Satellite channels, strong WiFi signal in each area, Surround Sound audio, Home cinema room with 7 cinema seats where you can sit or lay, Alarm system and surveillance cameras 24/7 and much more.

All rooms are fitted with both fans and aircon throughout. The property is gated and secure with no neighbours overlooking the property.
There are central Sonos sound where you can plug in your iPod.

Rental rules:
The minimum stay is 7 nights. Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.
Arrival day: only Saturdays
A security deposit of 10.000 euros per week has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

Included in the price:
8h cleaning service Monday to Sunday.
