Amazing stay! The staff was very attentive, kind, and courteous. We experienced a user error with the air conditioning and they had someone come over and explain to us how they are operated via motion sensors. The suites are gorgeous and the supermarket is such a convenient option as well. We were bummed that we did not partake in the amenities such as the gym and pool, as well as the Michelin awarded restaurant, but we look forward to returning here and cannot recommend this place enough!

When I got injury in the room, bang my forehead coming downstairs in the suite. ( low staircase, no sign, multiple time by me and my guest. All the staff can say, but it a very nice room. not even are you OK, would you like something for that. Poor service and no consideration. I even email them same response, but the room was good no.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location only 10 minutes from the airport and a direct bus route into Ibiza Town. The staff really make an effort and are genuinely first class. Thank you to all the team for a lovely short break.

Great Location.

Beautiful Property. The apartments were a good size and had everything we needed. The pool was very relaxing and refreshing. It’s in a great location. Easy to grab taxis and close to many shops, restaurants, clubs, and beach. The staff were very helpful and nice. Our friends had a great time for our first time in Ibiza celebrating.

I had a jr suite. There was shampoo, but no conditioner and no body lotion, which is normally offered in four-star properties. The kitchen was equipped but did not have a dish cloth to wipe the counters and couple of days. We were missing a dish towel. The one thing that was very annoying was we had to pay one euro to get a clean beach towel. Even the one euro is not a lot of money. It’s the principle behind it if you’re going to charge C$600 or €400 per night you could supply towels for free. Finally, we were only given two small bottles of water. The first day we arrived and we were there for four days so we had to go and purchase our water every single day. I’ve been travelling to Spain for the last four weeks and state at various hotels and Airbnb‘s and never did I have to provide water. It’s a beautiful property, but they lack and providing amenities that could take them to the next level.

I was very pleasantly surprised about this property. I wasn't aware that the room included a separate area with a full kitchen and dining room. The swimming pool was very nice with a relaxing background music. The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, it includes a gym, restaurant, and a supermarket on site. Overall a very awesome experience, I would really recoomend this hotel.
