This villa is perched on a hill and offers spectacular views of Dalt Villa and Formentera. The accommodation comprises a main building and an annexe, which offers guests flexibility.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.



The main building is spread over two levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is independent and leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and another with a double bed, TV, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath.

The annexe, which is located just outside, has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, offering guests additional privacy. The outdoor area has a backyard, a chill-out area and a barbecue with outdoor dining area - ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. Other amenities include an electric gate, free Wi-Fi and a basic cleaning service during the week.
