Located near Sant Joan les Fonts, within the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, Cargol de Mas Violella is a welcoming, authentic rural house of 100 m², ideal for 4 to 7 guests.



The recently renovated accommodation features three charming double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and an additional toilet. You will find a TV, heating, and air conditioning. The house is on the same level as the main porch and garden, making it especially convenient for enjoying outdoor meals when the weather is nice.



The main highlight is the 5,000 m² fully fenced garden with lawn, trees, and a unique pool. There are barbecues, several shaded relaxation areas, and an agility park for pets. The garden is shared with few guests, as the property’s total capacity is small, with two levels and separate outdoor spaces.



The house includes on-site parking, a games room with a pool table, and pets are welcome. The nearest village is just 2 km away, with easy access and excellent connections.



This accommodation can be internally connected to a similar one upstairs (Granota) for groups over 7. Together, Cargol and Granota can host up to 12 or 13 guests.
