El Somni was everything we hoped it would be; great location with access to the beach but also conveniently located near to other towns and places of interest. Great walks into the nearby hills and car hire onsite made exploration very easy. Great staff, (especially the massage team) who were keen to help with any enquiry. Nearby restaurant the Boat House was well worth a visit, otherwise evening options are limited. For a relaxing spot with great access to the rest of the island this place is hard to beat.

Everything was amazing and most beautiful beach and sand in Ibiza ! A little more quiet than some other places and that's what we were looking for ! Rare, but hotel is nicer in reality than in the website pictures ! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, special mentions to Francisco at breakfast and Noemie for turnover service cleaning ! Would go back !!!

This is the first hotel where we cannot fault anything! The design was beautiful, the service exceptional and the food amazing. We are a mix of vegetarians and vegans which we told the hotel about before arriving and they went out of their way to provide so many options for us. It’s right next to a beautiful sandy beach and all rooms face the sea. The only very minor thing is they don’t have any loungers on the beach itself.

Absolutely stunning hotel on a lovely quiet part of Ibiza. Around a 40 min drive from the airport (€55 in a taxi) but so worth it. Hotel is beautifully decorated and so clean. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Food and cocktails were delicious. Looking to book a holiday here next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Ibiza, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront, and my room came with a lovely balcony that offered an amazing view. The cleanliness of the place was impressive; the cleaners did an excellent job maintaining my room every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Diane at the front desk for her assistance, Manuel the bartender for crafting some delightful cocktails, and Belen, who served me during breakfast. The entire team, even those whose names I didn’t catch, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway!

The beach is wonderful, very family oriented and not at all crowded like other beaches in Ibiza, but with little choice when it comes to accomodation. Grupotel is quite outdated in terms of facilities, but provides a nice beach view. The staff was the most unpleaseant part of the experience, being very rude in general and very rude specifically at the restaurant - where their main duty was to clean tables and quickly prepare them for the next guest (which creates a canteen atmosphere). Restaurant hours are too early and quite short, resulting in literally being sent out with a 'you need to leave' by the staff when the meal time was up (9:30pm at dinner). Even if you were finishing eating/drinking, they would repeatedly ask you out until you'd leave the table. Staff would then stay eating alone at the restaurant until late hours. Although we brought our own shower products, they wouldn't even replace the small amenities to e.g. wash hands.
