Fully renovated village house in a quiet neighbourhood, just 600m from the beach.The house is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a nice decoration.

It features a large private patio of 90 m2 with plenty of natural light, perfect for relaxing. From the patio, there is direct acces to the kitchen, dining room and living room. On the ground floor there's also a big storage room with the washing machine.

On the first floor there are all the bedrooms: one en- suite room with a double bed and bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each; and a fouth bedroom with a trundle bed. There is also a second bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms have a window facing outside.

All the rooms as well as the living room are equipped with independent air-conditioning units (pay-as-you-go).

The property also includes three private parking spaces, a very valuable feature as parking is hard to find in the town centre. The parking area has direct access to the patio.We encourage you to explore Sant Feliu de Guíxols, with its pedestrian streets in the town centre, the main promenade, local shops, and excellent restaurants. During the summer months, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy its beach and discover its beautiful hidden corners by renting a kayak along the coast

Lovely house in a cosy town of Sant Feliu

We had an amazing stay at this house. We are two families with kids aged 5 to 14 years old. All adults and kids enjoyed the stay! House is exactly as advertised and even better. There is everything that you could possibly need incl iron, hair drier and dishwasher:). Walk to the beach is about 7 mins so very convenient and the beach is a little sheltered and lovely for kids. There are also some beautiful beaches not too far to drive to. There is a small market everyday with fresh fruits and veg, and lots of little shops with jamon, meat and fish. We enjoyed fresh foods every day! The supermarkets are also not too far and have much more varied choice than the UK ones. Merce and Lana were really friendly and accommodating so thank you very much and hope to see you again! We would definitely recommend this house and this town as your holiday destination.

Casa d'estil Brava

La casa és preciosa, té l'encant de la Costa Brava. Tenen un garatge que hi caven quatre cotxes. Les estances són grans i està tot molt ben equipat per passar els dies que vulguis. La Mercè va ser molt amable en tot moment i detallista, ens va agradar que les tovalloles i llençols venien empaquetades de tintoreria. La zona està bé, a prop del centre i la platja, tot i que nosaltres ens vam dedicar a visitar altres pobles més rellevants de la Costa Brava. Gràcies Mercè per compartir la vostra casa, cuidar els detalls als visitants i fer-nos sentir com a casa.

Dans l’ensemble mon séjour c’est bien passé. Mais un différent avec la propriétaire, qui voulait me faire payer un supplément d’électricité pour utiliser la climatisation dans la maison. C’est une maison de village qui est mal isolée au rez-de-chaussée et surtout pour les bruits de rue. Avec la forte chaleur, la climatisation a fonctionné dans toute la maison pendant mon séjour C’est bien la première fois que je vois ça

Un bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison de ville bien placée et agréable. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et l’équipement. La climatisation est la bienvenue pour la nuit. Le garage est bien pratique dans ce quartier proche du centre ville. On a très peu utilisé la voiture. Le patio est agréable avec sa partie abritée et les plantes pour faire de l’ombre. Accueil sympa de Mercè.

Super Ferienhaus für bis zu 8 Personen

Wir haben mit 6 Personen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus von Merce` in Sant Feliu de Guixols verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett, die wichtigen Helferlein wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, etc. waren vorhanden. Bei eventuellen Fragen war Merce`stets ansprechbereit. alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und planen, in den nächsten Jahren noch einmal unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus zu verbringen !

Encantados con el alojamiento, muy acogedor, cómodo, práctico y decorado con exquisitez. Toda la casa invita al relax y es perfecta para disfrutar en familia. Equipada con todo lo necesario y unos anfitriones atentos y próximos. Cumple absolutamente en todos los apartados de la descripción de la casa. Es perfecto disponer del espacio del patio para juegos de los peques y hasta cuatro plazas de aparcamiento. Moltes gràcies Mercè! Esperamos poder repetir experiencia pues a sido gratamente plena y felicitar y dar la enhorabuena por ofrecer un espacio donde poder sentirte verdaderamente como en casa.

Casa muy agradable en una buena ubicación

Es una casa muy bien preparada y con la gran ventaja de disponer de parking para 3 o incluso 4 vehículos en un lugar muy complicado para aparcar. Toda la familia hemos disfrutado mucho en estas dos semanas, y los anfitriones muy atentos. Si tenemos ocasión volveremos seguro.

Ein Domizil mit Charme, in dem man es sich gut gehen lassen kann!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, wozu unsere Behausung ihren Teil beigetragen hat! Eine angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin, der freundliche Empfang und eine zuverlässige Organisation rundeten unseren Gesamteindruck ab. Das Haus bot uns Gelegenheit uns gemütlich einzurichten, gut zu versorgen und bei angenehm klimatisierten Temperaturen auf guten Matratzen zu schlafen. Zudem standen unsere Fahrzeuge sicher im abgeschlossenen großzügigen Innenhof. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich bei Mercè. Muchas gracias!

Prachtig net gerenoveerd ruim huis in superleuke omgeving !

We hebben een hele leuke week gehad in dit prachtige huis. Heel goed voor acht personen, inclusief alle gemakken zoals afwasmachine, drie badkamers, wasmachine en leuke patio, eigen parkeergelegenheid voor twee auto’s. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum. In de buurt kan je mooie baaien vinden, soms wel even klimmen maar de moeite waard. Op het strand en in de straatjes hoor je veel Spaans en weinig Nederlands, voor ons een pré! Kortom, een heerlijke tijd in dit mooie huis! Dank je Mercé!!

Schönes Haus mit super netten Besitzern

Das Haus ist innen und im Hof sehr geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und vermittelt prima ein mediterranes Gefühl ! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Großteils mit hochwertigen Geräten. Riesen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Moderne Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Übrigens ... die Dame, die für die Reinigung zuständig war, ist eine der mutigsten Autofahrerinnen, die ich je erleben durfte. So wie sie das Parkgelände dieses Hauses verlassen hat, kann man gar nicht in Worte fassen. Das muss man einfach gesehen haben ! :) Der Hof, wo wir die meisten Abende verbracht haben, ist sehr schön, gemütlich, romantisch (mit einem Baum in der Mitte). Die pfiffige Überdachung bietet auch beim Regen perfekten Schutz, so dass man halt auch dann draußen sitzen kann und nicht Zuhause hocken muss. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sind mehr als großzügig. Mit einem riesigen Car Port. Wer sich ein wenig anstrengt, bekommt dort vier Autos geparkt. Alle Räume verfügen über eine gute Klimaanlage (Samsung). Somit lassen sich auch sehr heiße Nächte gut ertragen. Zum Strand muss man eigentlich nur die Straße runter laufen. Es sind zwar so um die 500 m, aber die Hälfte davon bildet eine der Haupteinkaufsstraßen, wo man sich auf dem Wege zum Strand mit allen nötigen Sachen versorgen kann. Der Strand selbst war für uns eine sehr positive Überraschung, da er Mitten in der Hauptsaison nie überfüllt war. Im Gegenteil. Egal wann man da war, gab es noch reichlich nette Plätze, wo man sich richtig breit machen konnte. Extrem wenige ausländische Touristen (Russen, Engländer, Polen & Co.) am Strand. Dafür vorwiegend Einheimische, was uns SEHR gefallen hat. Sant Feliu de Guixols ist ein nettes, kleines Städtchen, in dem man abends an vielen Stellen sehr gut essen kann. Das Aben-/Nachtleben ist für Jugendliche vielleicht etwas zu wenig aufregend, für uns (um die 40) war das genau perfekt und es war dennoch einiges los. Wer die Sau so richtig rauslassen möchte, muss schon einen Abstecher nach Lloret de Mar machen. Ist ja nicht wirklich weit. Die Besitzer (Mercè und ihr Mann) sind sehr nett und total neutral. Wenn man sie braucht, sind sie aber für einen da. Wir hatten am letzten Tag eine Autopanne und konnten eigentlich gar nicht nach Hause fahren. In der ganzen Aufregung und ohne Spanischkenntnisse waren wir mit den Nerven am Ende. Mercè hat sich liebevoll um eine Lösung gekümmert. Hat ihren Man zwei verschiedene Wagen kommen lassen, um Starthilfe zu leisten und hat uns eine Werkstatt besor
