Generally good, but issues with access codes

Had a number of issues with the access codes, which led to a number of WhatsApp messages, phone calls and a visit to our room by one of the staff. She was quite blunt, and told us that if we weren’t happy, she would give us a refund and then we can go somewhere else. We actually wanted her to sort the problem out, not be told we could go somewhere else.

Como Ășnica cosa a mencionar, habia poca variedad de utensilios en la cocina ( en nuestro caso nos faltĂł un abridor de vino y un rallador de queso), pero segĂșn nos dijeron, esto se arreglaria de inmediato.
