Renovated in 2021, it is comfortably furnished and has 5 sleeping rooms, a generous living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen with modern equipment and a sauna exclusively for the guests of the house.
Enjoy the fantastic view either from the living room, the generous bedrooms, the balcony and garden on the Southeast side or the garden on the West side of the house.
With lots of space for families and groups the house is ideal for family vacation, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, ski mountaineering and snowshoe hiking. Thanks to the photovoltaic installation in combination with a battery and energy buffer the house is to a large degree energy self-sufficient. LIVING AND DINING: Calm down and relax in the spacious living/dining room with big panoramic windows and open-hearth fireplace.
