Inside, you'll find a cozy living room that opens onto a lovely back deck equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas grill—ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a full bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone.

Upstairs, there are two more inviting bedrooms, each providing a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. Additional 1/2 bathroom on the second level, renovated in 2024. To keep you comfortable, three bedrooms have window air conditioning units, and multiple fans are available throughout the house.

Outside, relax in the pleasant backyard after a day of beach fun. Town Neck Beach is just 0.4 miles away, inviting you to soak up the sun and enjoy the coastal breeze.
