Nice, good size, well appointed kitchen with nice, modern appliances. Nice large TV. No eating space other than the counter as the - too large for the space sectional. It is very difficult to get around with the large, square ottoman. It is not a fold-out that adds extra sleeping space however a couple of people probably could sleep on it as it is comfortable.The shower stall is very nice but not much counter space in the bathroom.The bed was very soft giving me hip and shoulder pain as I am old. I was afraid of waking up hot in the middle of the night as I have with foam beds, but that didn't happen.There are two wall mounted heat/air units that kept the place comfortable even though it was near 90 outside. I did not care for the bedroom unit blowing down on me in bed.The unit is about 75 feet from the pool if you wanted to dodge sprinklers as they were watering the lawn about 3 in the afternoon.We had a partial view of the lake but it was pretty smoky so we didn't get around the grounds at all.You have to get out of the car to put the code in to open the gate. It would have been nice to have the building letter (prominently displayed) as well as the room number since there are like 9 buildings in the complex and we spent time finding the unit.The unit has an electronic lock and we were given a four digit code but that wasn't quite all you needed and took some guessing.Overall we found it nice, comfortable & good location
