The check-in was not good. We get to our room with the code we were given and the lockset was dead. We tried numerous times. Tried getting a hold of the management company and it was after hours. We texted the # we had. I could go on but it took about 45 minutes standing in the hallway after a 6 hour drive. The person we talked to was nice and she finally was unable to unlock the door and we walk in and it hadn't been cleaned. The beds had been slept in etc. No change-over had happened. The management company found a room next door and after more time we got in. The unit was beautiful as well as the view. They need to have people available after hours (it was 7 p.m. at night not late)
