Amazing stay in San Capo Lo Vito

We had and amazing time at the Villa Macari. The view form the property was incredible over the ocean and the house is located about a 5-10 min drive south of San Vito Lo Capo and it was very quiet and convenient. The house was great and provided everything we needed. The Check in/out process was super easy and the property manager Giovanni was very helpful and provide all the check in info before hand. The property was also very clean. The only issue we had was that there appears to be a water trap in the bathroom that was not working and occasionally we had a bit of a sour gas smell in the bathroom but otherwise we would absolutely recommend this property!

Séjour horrible, maison à éviter absolument

La maison est très éloignée des photos montrées. Les équipements sont tous en très mauvais état (fenêtres de la cuisine ne fermant pas, stores du salon cassé, porte fenêtre coté jardin fermant difficilement). La propreté laisse à désirer et surtout une odeur horrible de fosse sceptique envahit en continu la maison ce qui est très désagréable et force à ouvrir tout le temps mais le soir les moustiques rentrent. La photo avec la vue est très trompeuse. La table de jardin est face à la route et le coucher de soleil est caché par la maison en face. La terrasse avec le barbecue est derrière la maison, encerclée par 4 murs et sans vue. Aucune délicate attention de bienvenue, au contraire, tout est vide : pas de savon pour les mains ou la vaisselle, pas d’huile pour cuisine, pas de sac poubelle…Il faut tout acheter, même pour un court séjour, c’est très pénible. En gros, le propriétaire ne prend pas soin de sa location, elle tombe en ruine, les peintures s’écaillent de partout, nous déconseillons fortement cet hébergement à la publicité mensongère.
