Hermoso, colorido, relajante y acogedor hogar aprox. 1.900 metros cuadrados ubicados en el Rancho Comunidad Johnson & ubicado en las estribaciones de las montañas de San Tan. Nuestra casa fue construida en 2004, techos abovedados y recientemente actualizado con pintura de interiores, nueva alfombra / baldosas en todo. Gran sala de estar grande con 42 "LCD TV / DVD y WiFi. Abre hasta la cocina con todas las comodidades del hogar (cocina totalmente equipada). Rincón de la cocina con la ventana de la bahía y mesa w / 4 sillas. Isla w / 2 taburetes de la barra giratoria. Comedor formal tiene mesa y 6 sillas a juego con un servicio de compras. Sala de estar con dos sillas de gran tamaño y otomana para cuando te apetece acurrucarse y leer un buen libro. Se trata de un "No Fumar" casa zona. El libre acceso a 3 piscinas comunitarias, Jacuzzi Bañeras / Spas, Parques, iluminado de tenis y canchas de baloncesto, voleibol de arena, senderos para caminar, un libre juego de Pitch & Putt campo de golf. Además, esta comunidad está rodeada por un campeón de golf con tarifas razonables.

San Tan Stuff!

Slightly farther away from typical “Valley area” we expected, but the owner had left fantastic information about the local area, and we had a great time. Highly recommend the live music at the clubhouse if it’s available when you’re there.

Overall, place has a lot of room and garage access which was very nice. Access to the community pool was also nice. Only issue was with the cleanliness. Place was not as clean as expected and there is a distinct odor of pets in the carpet.

Comfortable Home for Working Vacation

The host supplied a beautiful, clean, spacious home in a quiet, easy to find neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. Kitchen was fully stocked with basic cooking and dining tools.Very grateful that we were able to take advantage of this home for our work-related stay. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Parents visit

My parents came to visit from Michigan. Upon booking this home, the hosts reached out to see if we had any questions and to ensure everyone was comfortable. They loved the home with its grassy backyard, and multiple rooms for visiting. We had a great visit with them. Excellent customer service and wonderful home! Would definitely stay again!!

Country Thunder 2021

Great location for this fun event! About 30 minutes from the concert venue. The house was great for what we needed. Didn’t get much of an opportunity to use the pools, but we went once. Make sure to go to San Tan Flat for a great meal, and live music. Such a fun place.

Home away from home!

This was our first experience of renting for more than a week and it was great. We stayed for 1 month and did so many interesting things in the surrounding area (hiking in regional parks, visiting a monastery and winery, and many more). We were within a mile of a large grocery store (Fry's) and Walmart was about 2 miles away with lots of businesses and restaurants in-between. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood (Johnson Ranch) and everyone we met was friendly. The weather was beautiful in January - we sat outside in the backyard patio everyday! We biked or walked to the numerous community parks with our grandson. We also went to the 2 community pools - they are heated and have hot tubs. The pools are about 3/4 mile in either direction from the house. There are also tennis and basketball courts and a golf course. The home was clean and loaded with many kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom accessories. We used the drip coffee maker every morning. They even have a coffee bean grinder. The appliances are older but everything was in working order. You can even park your car in the garage. The owners provided information for check-in and were very prompt in answering our questions. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. I would definitely rent from Terry and Cindy again.

This vacation rental had all the amenities of home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. Terry, the owner, is very quick to respond to questions and is helpful in becoming familiar with the area. Very nice location in the community. Close to pool, Pickleball, and golf. Grocery store is a few minutes away. Walmart is about five minutes up the road. Once you get to know the routes, everything is close by. Queen Creek has lots of stores and shopping. This is a wonderful rental that we would recommend to anyone. It would especially be suitable for families with children.

Great stay!!!

Our stay at Johnson Ranch was awesome. The home is nicely decorated for comfort and has everything a family needs while away from home. The kitchen allowed us to cook full meals and bake all our favorite Christmas tradition goodies. The two living areas were nice and allowed us to play games and have quiet time for reading and sipping coffee. This is a great place to stay when in Arizona. The owners were so easy to communicate with and made us feel like we'd known them for years. They were so helpful. Thanks and we will be back!!

Fun for Family!

We had a wonderful time in this house! It was so spacious that family from AK and CA could easily join us for R & R and touring the area. The 4 well appointed bedrooms and basically 2 living rooms let us spread out and give everyone their space...especially since some needed to sleep in and some are early risers. The beds and linens are very comfortable and we were impressed with the quality comforters and color schemes. The kitchen had tons of basic supplies, utensils, cookware and bakeware which made meals easy to prepare. We loved the pools that are part of the community where the house is located. They were very warm and very large. We also enjoyed the hot tub that is located right next to each of the pools. The parks in the area were a special joy for us. We loved the new Mansel Carter Oasis Park with its lake,fishing and new playground and had a couple of picnics at Desert Mountain Park. The latter is where we caught the Queen Creek Wash Trail which is an awesome paved bike trail. Although the San Tan Valey where the house is located is quite a distance from the main Phoenix area there is many shopping areas and restaurants close. We enjoyed the Queen Creek Olive Mill for some delicious breakfasts including yummy cinnamon rolls and many fast foods for a quick bite. For more shopping not too far away we liked the Queen Creek Marketplace, obviously in Queen Creek. Know that there is a ton of things in the Phoenix valley for children! For the 3 year old in our group we traveled some distance to the Phoenix Children’s Museum. It was WELL worth the trip! We also visited the Sea Life Aquarium at Arizona Mills in Tempe. Although small in comparison to large city aquariums it had an amazing number of sea creatures. Our 3 year old was most enthralled with the sea horses, shark and large turtle. I loved the 360 degree ocean tunnel. She also visited the LEGO Discovery Center next door but we found it was really more appropriate for ages 5 and up. Speaking of discovery on our last day we found a great park close to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. It is the McCormick Stillman Railroad Park. It includes a small train which you can ride ( 5 and under I would say), a beautiful Carousel, a large playground and a railroad museum. So in summary we found this house to be perfect for us! It was economical, in a quiet neighborhood with great pools and parks and yet allowed us to tour the Phoenix valley which we love.
