Magnificent Sofia apartment overlooking Lake Como CIR 013248 CNI 00017

Very bright apartment with wonderful lake view, composed of fully equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh of our grapefruit plants. There is also a garden waiting for you equipped with deck chairs. The garden is to be shared with other guests. The public parking is about 100 meters away.
You can also walk to the beach. Distance from 500 meters

Upon your arrival ask for € 150 for the deposit. We will return the check out at the moment if there are no problems in the apartment.

Beautiful view with lovely host

Comfortable apartment and Raffaella is a delightful host. GPS failed us, so we had difficulty locating property. Raffaella had to talk us in by telephone. Also, views are spectacular because it is high on the hillside, but that also means there are many steep flights of stairs to get to unit. Many be very difficult for older folks or for those with medical issues. Raffaella helped with luggage ,thank goodness!

Raffaela ist eine tolle Host gewesen! Wir waren nur für zwei Nächte im Appartement, sie hat uns allerdings von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und am Ende des Aufenthalts zum Bahnhof gefahren. Vor allem der Garten und die Terrasse haben uns sehr gefallen und Raffaela hatte viele Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Friendly reception (Raffaella!) Nice view!

We were welcomed very friendly by Raffaella. Appartment with nice view over the Lake Como. Clean and comfortable. Many stairs to reach the appartment, which might be a thing for some people. Near Menaggio, where you can take a ferry to Bellagio and Varenna.
