The property is conveniently located within walking distance of everything. Although the traffic outside can be a bit noisy, I was able to request a quieter room. The hotel itsel is beautifully designed, featuring stunning architectural windows that extend from floor to ceiling.

I paid a rate to get a room with volcano view in one of the top levels, however, I did not get one of those, nor volcano view nor top level. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Holiday Inn needs a few tweaks.

Awesome place. Please take note of this: when the front desk is staffed entirely by men, the service provided to another man should not be any different. As a man, I can easily sense when a few male front desk agents feel "threatened" by the presence of another man. Service should remain professional regardless, but in this case, it wasn't. I did not appreciate how the front desk personnel handled my check-out. I didn’t even receive a receipt for the late check-out payment. Work on that, Holiday Inn.

The staff was very friendly. They had security in the parking garage. Overall great but the only thing we did not like was the flooring in the shower area. It was slippery and my kids fell several times, I would recommend using water shoes or putting a towel in there so you don't slip.
