It is a villa located in a central area of the Mar Menor, close to all the services necessary to spend an excellent vacation, even for long periods of time since most of the shops are open throughout the year. Where the car is not needed at all and where the temperature is fantastic and the sun shines all year round, even at Christmas.

The beach about 300 meters and very close to the Regional Park of the Salinas and Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar.

Spacious one-storey semi-detached villa, facing east-noon, fully furnished with 4 bedrooms with two beds each, terrace, small garden, and patio. Two complete bathrooms with shower in each of them, living room and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). And air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms. In the living room there is also a fireplace for winter.

People who want to use the fireplace or air conditioning must indicate so and will have to pay an economic fee.

Tenants who book for a month or more will have to add the costs of electricity, water and gas consumed during their stay.

Pets are allowed but will have to pay 30 euros per pet

Fantástica larga estancia

Estuvimos 6 maravillosas semanas en el chalet. Ubicación perfecta, a un minuto andando de la playa y con todas las necesidades cercanas. La casa nos encantó, muy muy cómoda y amplia para los cuatro. Perfecta comunicación con la propietaria, muy atenta con nosotros. Repetiría 100%

Beautiful house. Right by the beach shops bars. Clean and spacious. Well equipped for a holiday.

We were greeted by Rafaela and her family and the house was beautiful clean. Everything that you need for a holiday stay. Excellent communication with any problems that occurred nothing major but was sorted out so fast. Conveniently situated for beach shops and bars. I would recommend this house to any family.

Very nice house and owners

The bungalow is nice and spacious. Well kept with a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are all a good size. We would have liked to see a good size double in one of the rooms. We don’t really like sleeping in single beds now. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The bungalow is situated on the corner of two roads so has a lot of passing people and cars heading into the town. The parking is on the street which seemed to be ok, but I was worried about it because we needed it to be safe. This was our first stop on a very long trip back to the UK. It was the graffiti that the town suffers from that gave a bad impression. Really could have done with Wi-fi and some TV channels in English.

Koude februari en warme maart gaf ons verblijf twee gezichten. Met name de stoelen hebben verbetering nodig. De service van de eigenaar was altijd vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Op de stoelen na is dit adres een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten!

Ein fantastischer Urlaub!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist toll eingerichtet, die Lage ist optimal und das Vermieterpaar Raffaela und Pedro waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir können das Haus wirklich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Sehr viel Strassenlärm und Lärm durch Anwohner

Das Haus ist sehr gross und komplet renoviert. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer Matratzen alles neu. Da gibt es keine Beschwerden. Küche sehr groß doch gehört ein Tisch darein. Mobilar im Wohnzimmer sehr alt. Sofa sitzt man fast auf dem Boden. Wir waren 5 Wochen da und Zeitweise hatten wir Besuch von Freunden die diesen Lärm von der Straße erschreckend gefunden haben. Es hieß in der Anzeige ruhiges Villenviertel aber es liegt genau an einer Hauptkreuzung wo dauernd sehr viel Verkehr herrscht. Terrasse vor dem Haus keine Sonne und hinter dem Haus sitzt man vor einer Mauer. Für Menschen die den ganzen Tag am Strand sind ist das wohl kein Problem aber wir haben gebucht weil es hieß RUHIGES VILLENVIERTEL.
