Bed bugs and hill ruin my feet and ankles

The location is hidden and hard to walk up the hill. Bring good hiking shoes to walk to the hotel cause I ruin my feet and knees. The night guys keeps laughing for no reason. I ask him about the WiFi and he gave me the weaker WiFi pass word. The hotel uses two different WiFi and he kept laughing and I asked about the WiFi. I ended up using all my data. The bed smelled like feces . I got itchy on Christmas Eve. The towel were nicely folded but it made me itchy as well. The room has no safe so I had to take my valuables with me. I checked out on Christmas Day and found a safer hotel and cleaner room.

Bad experience wouldnt stay again

Bathroom was very tiny low ceiling, old sink.facilities are too old and in bad condition, location is not accesible the price is not fair for what u get

Disappointing room, close to downtown

We rented 2 rooms, one was barely acceptable and the other one the ground floor can only be described as a dungeon. The ceiling was so low that I banged my head on the ceiling fan and the washroom ceiling light. Both rooms were damp and cold. No heater available.

Hotel good; city beautiful; accessibility not

We, 3 of us, went to visit San Miguel de Allende, a beautiful, UNESCO heritage town in central Mexico. The hotel was perfect for us; the rom rate was very good. Wee have little experience with mid-level hotels, but this was a great eye-opener. Lovely garden; good location. However a caveat: This does not speak to the hotel alone but to the entire city. It there are any accessibility issues, this is not the place. My friends had a great time and saw a lot. There was very little I could do since my wheelchair would not fit on the sidewalks and I am quite limited using only my crutch. I tried to find out about this before I committed to go, but found very little about wheelchair accessibility. However, the city is beautiful and I had a good time on the trolley tour.

Pésima experiencia

Pésimo lugar muy deteriorado. Puertas sin seguridad. Mienten no tienen estacionamiento. Lo dejan en la calle y todavía tienen el descaro de cobrar 100 diarios de estacionamiento. En pocas palabras pésimo jamás regresaría a este sitio.

El hotel es agradable, limpio, tranquilo y su ubicación es practica. Solo recomendaría al hotel de ser claros de si el utilizo del estacionamiento es con o sin cargo al huésped, para evitar mal entendidos y discusiones con los vecinos que pretendían ser pagados por utilizar el estacionamiento.

Agradable estancia,

Me gusto mucho que tuvieran habitaciones para que pudiéramos estar la familia junta (4) con camas separadas para los niños, aunque el baño no funcionaba y había poco espacio para estacionamiento, el hotel es sencillo pero agradable, camas limpias y cómodas, si regreso.

Hotel excelente para descansar y relajarte

Está a casi 1 km del centro de San Miguel de Allende pero sin problemas llegas caminando, me encantó que es totalmente silencio (al menos así fue la noche que nos quedamos), toda mi familia durmió excelente con una vista tranquila del Huerto con árboles frutales y muchas plantas, me gustó! ! El único pero fue que no se responsabilizan de los autos en SU estacionamiento pero nosotros lo dejamos frente la entrada, ah!.. el desayuno no me gustó no hay variedad y los chilaquiles son totopos con salsa. Me hace querer regresar el silencio para un buen descanso!

Beautiful gardens

Very close to the historical,center. Only 8 to 10 minutes walking. Breakfast was not included in our reservation but we ended up having breakfast there every morning. So, it was pretty good. The bed was good, the room was clean. However, the bathroom was small. The gardens and the courtyard were enchanting. The only drawback for people with difficulty walking is that the last part of the road going to the hotel is rough. We would go back any time and we would recommand it to our friends.

El hotel es costoso tenis do en cuenta los servicios que ofrece. La habitación fue pequeña y fría y el baño un poco estrecho y en estado descuidado. La ubicación es un poco lejana a los lugares de interés y los alrededores son solitarios y en mal estado.
