The garden has a private swimming pool of 10x5 mt. depth 1.50 mt. it is equipped with elegant sun lounges and covered gazebo for shade. Close to the pool there is a covered outside kitchen with electric stove and stone Barbeque, table with chairs, it is perfect for organize al fresco meals. There are others covered patio next to the house with garden furniture where to relax while enjoying a glass of Apulia wine.

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.
