The pictures nothing like what they gave us. It was dirty even the sheets their was soxs from the last person staying their. No ac fan didnt even work. They left windows open when we got their at night we got bit by mosquitoes all night bathroom so small we needed to walk sideways to go in. Towels smelled mad as if they were left folded wet. Not very happy with out stay. We end up not staying the next day booked somewhere else.

Avoid!

I wasn't going to leave a review, but they emailed me asking me to do so, so here it is. The check in process was long, and I had to do it on both days I was there. it is located on a quiet poorly lit street (safety concerns). The bed sheets had stains on when I arrived. There is no service or drinking water available from the evening onwards. The room was next to the road which was very very noisy with traffic throughout the night and early morning. Both mornings loud music also began nearby before 7am. The hot water also takes so long to get warm that I thought there wasn't any at all the first night. The only good thing was the helpful and friendly receptionist Silvia.

Cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no contaban con servicio de estacionamiento cuando en la pagina claramente dice que si, el staff fue amable y me permitieron al final estacionar me, esta a 2 cuadras del centro, al haces el check out no había nadie en recepción espere 15 minutos y nunca llego nadie por lo que deje las llaves en el escritorio como indican en un letrero

Charming little hotel/hostal

The hotel/hostal is great although under construction. It was hard to find at first as it is on a calejon . Once accessed, the owner’s daughter was charmingly pleasant and accommodating. We got a private room on the lovely manicured garden side. There is an incredible kitchen with large living room across the garden area if you wish to cook. The ‘tucked in’ hotel with no outside sign is half a block from main road and one block from busy Constitution. Quiet, clean and comfortable beds. Would return to this charming little hotel. It also has limited parking with secure steel doors that could be noisy for late arrivals.

Está muy bien ubicado para llegar al centro. Cuando reservé mi estancia no venía claro que era hostal, hasta que llegué lo supe por que el nombre era diferente. La habitación tenía cortinas y colchas sucias, el personal fue muy amable.

En general es buen lugar para estar, se podría mejorar un poco en el aspecto de la habitación No. 4 ya que el cielo del sanitario se encuentra sin pintura y las paredes están un poco manchadas como si hubieran hecho mantenimiento y no las limpiaron a tiempo, en cuanto al servicio de facturación; no es al momento de la salida y tardan en mandar la documentación correspondiente, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la alameda y se puede llegar al centro histórico facilmente caminando

Desastre y publicidad engañosa

El lugar esta super sucio, no hay agua para el sanitario, salió el agua fría para bañarse, no ponen jabón, el personal que atiende solo esta después de las 9 am y se va temprano, la zona donde esta ubicado es de las feas de San Luis Potosí, para conectar la tv es con una extensión que no funciona, y es con antena de conejo tienes que estar moviendo para poder ver un canal.

Realicé la reservación a las 23:00 para la misma noche, me realizaron el cobro y me mandaron un mensaje de que debía confirmar si mi llegada era fuera del horario de check-in, no respondieron el teléfono y cuando llegué antes de las 6:00am no abrieron ni respondieron la llamada. Si no hay alguien que abra 24hrs, no deberían permitir la reserva después de los horarios de check in, no me reembolsaron ninguna de las dos habitaciones. Me parece un abuso que no te hagan devolución cuando no te avisan antes que no puedes entrar después de determinado horario.

Falta de suficiente servicio de tv en la habitación. Carece de agua caliente. Muy buen atención de recepción. Horrible area urbana externa. Falta buena luz en el baño habitación 4. Hay un colchon matrimonial en muy mal estado ya.
