Cayenne is located on the first floor; our apartment is safe, cozy, clean, and very comfortable, just the perfect location to spend a great family/friends vacation.

Guest Access:
Our home is a multi-family property—four apartments in total.

On first-floor apartments 1 & 2, you can access the apartment's surroundings and balcony; on the second floor, we have apartments 3 & 4.

Paid coin laundry is located right under the stairs.

We require a mid-stay clean If you stay for more than 14 days.

The cleaning charge will be separate from the initial cleaning fee, and we will send the request through the Airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.

The Neighborhood:
We are about 25/35 minutes (depends on the traffic) by car from the International Airport LMM, metropolitan area, old san juan, among many other tourist areas.

We are located in Bayamón Gardens, next to the Specialized School and Fine Arts Pablo Casals.

In less than 20 minutes from our location you'll enjoy a variety of different shopping malls like Plaza Del Sol, Rio Hondo and Plaza Las Americas, in addition to entertainment centers, pharmacies, hospitals, bakery, and many restaurants.

Getting Around:
A Car is 100% highly recommended. Please note - Street parking available

For your convenience, we also provide - Private Chauffeur or Private Uber.

Any damages to our home will incur additional charges.

- Lost Towels or Damage Towels by Makeup or other stains
- Damage or missing bed sheet sets

Due to the recent atmospheric events that our island has suffered: power, water and internet outages may occur unexpectedly from time to time. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our hands, and we’re not held responsible for the inconveniences this may cause during your stay. This property does have a power generator and a cistern.
