Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone.

Instructions for check in came late and they keep reminding you if you are a little late at check out you will charged. Location was great if you want to be in the middle of old San Juan and don’t mind the street noise. The furniture is cheap and needs to be replaced for the most part. The apartment needs a complete renovation. We also had to kill some bugs in the kitchen.

Excellent location. Clean and organized. The only difficulty is the parking as the building does not own a parking lot. Not recommended for people with disabilities, apartment is on top floor with no elevator.

I randomly chose this rental property and I'm so glad that I did. After arriving, I had difficulty opening the lockbox to get the key, but the manager responded quickly and arrived within minutes after I called for assistance. The apartment was simple and clean, and I loved the design with the exposed beams on the ceiling, the tall wooden doors and several balconies. The kitchen was fully equipped with typical small appliances, dishes and silverware. The air conditioning units worked well with the large ceiling fans located in the bedroom and living/dining areas to keep the apartment comfortable. The location of the property is close to the Governor's mansion and near the waterfront area. There are various restaurants, bars and shops and a pharmacy located nearby, all within walking distance. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building, but I think that's typical for the Old San Juan area. Overall, I had a positive experience and would choose this property again for my next visit.

The property location was nice, but when I made my reservation, the management did not mention that the building had no elevator. My apartment was on the third floor, and I was traveling with an elderly person. In addition to that, the room did not have hot water in the bathroom.

En general, fue un buen alojamiento, bonito espacio y muy bien ubicado. Olvidé el tema de las escaleras al momento de la reserva, pero no importa… En cuanto a la limpieza, está ok, pero pueden mejorar el tema de la limpieza de la humedad en la madera de la propiedad. Y también el olor y como sale la humedad del apartamento, no hay ventilación alguna ….. El staff es espectacular, muy amable, atento y decente. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes se la entrada y después de la salida en la propiedad principal, donde todo es súper lindo y cómodo. Nos gustó mucho eso. Los AC funcionaban ok, pero repito: hay que tener pendiente el tema de la humedad y mejorar un poco ese detalle.
