Cultural Wedding

We had a cultural wedding in the area. We explained to owner that it’s customary for people to stop by to offer cultural and monetary gifts the week before the wedding. The family Chief was staying at this VRBO. We would give plates of cultural foods as a gesture of gratitude. Exchange takes 20-30min. Owner was fine with this. House was perfectly set up for our needs. Wide open spaces, open garage free for use. Big backyard and a full kitchen. The house has 4bedrooms and a potential 5th bedroom that doubles as office space with a futon and computer desk. All beds are queen size. They also have THREE full bathrooms. There is a very roomy and large open space living room upstairs with two shutting chairs and small tables. If you have a big group kids can potentially use sleeping bags or blowup mattresses in this large space. The owner was very kind and gracious, allowing me to ad d an extra day at the last minute to give us time to pack and clean up. The neighborhood is close to everything. The mall is one mile away, 7-11 is less than a mile, target, Starbucks, Kickin crab… so many stores and shops nearby. I recommend this place.

Lots of space and a decent place

Let's begin with lower star review on cleanliness since that is what people care about. This cleanliness in on the outside of the building. Weeds coming through the cracks and garden. Cobwebs all over. Their were 3 black widows around the entrance door to the house. Found 1 spider inside as well. Inside was clean, beds were comfortable, amenities (bath soap) were lacking in some of the bathrooms. Speaking of showers, if you are tall, you will be visible in the master bath shower to those outside. It's a roughly 5.5' high window with clear glass(not privacy glass). Lastly if it's going to be hot just plan on the AC not keeping up to cool the house down. The return on the AC is way to small for this size house and as a result the Evaporator Coil freezes over after a while and you get no cold air. So you have to turn the AC off and on to defrost the coil. So the temperature of the house will be around 74 on a 90+ day, if you keep on it. I would stay here again, probably not when it's over 90 though, but I need a cool place.

Bare bones but ok

Clean place, but needs more furniture. Nothing in the bedrooms but a bed and tiny endtable. A dresser, or desk, or any other flat surface besides the floor would be nice.

Very Nice and Clean

The Owner was great and worked with us on our schedule to add additional days for an ongoing project locally. Very open and spacious house. We will stay again in the future.

The house was lovely and conveniently located.

This house was at the great location, it was close to everything, walkable in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious with the open floor plan. The owner was very kind and always available for questions. Everything was new and supper clean. We had the enjoyable time at this house and will definitely rent it again
