Casa il Frutteto is a villa with swimming pool and large garden, halfway between the famous towers of San Gimignano and the enchanting medieval village of Certaldo Alto.
Independent entrance with living / dining room with double sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Entirely designed by an architect in order to underline the beauty of the structure (single ceiling with exposed beams painted white) and modern furnishings.
Possibility to relax in the large private garden equipped with sun beds, umbrella, barbecue and dining table, or take advantage of the shared swimming pool (with other apartments) open all day from June to mid-September.
The house has heating, air conditioning, TV, DVD player and private parking.

Midden in de Bush van Toscane. Entree via een industrieterrein, hobbelige grindweg
Prima, praktisch huis. Zwembad vlakbij. Aan het huisraad vnl de keuken ontbrak nog wel wat. Keuken interieur niet compleet. Wasmachine niet aanwezig. Voor de rest een prima week gehad.
