Staff was nice! The room was a bit dirty, one of the rooms had something like sugar or salt under the glass part of a table that just wasn’t cleaned up. It seemed like the only thing regularly cleaned was the bed which was nice. The parking is terrible, the place they say they is the wrong address!!! I would choose a better option if i was staying in SF again.

What a stay......

When we checked in the key the desk clerk provided us to a room that was not cleaned. Then we were given another room only to find out that when you sat on the toilet your knees hit the wall in front of you, and you basically had to step around/over the toilet to get into the shower. We complained to desk clerk and were told it is what it is, and I insisted that the hotel needs to clean the dirty room and re-assogn that room to us. Also, when we got the re-assigned room, we discovered there is no drain plug in the bathroom sink, so I had to plug the drain with a few tissues, to prevent my contact lenses from being lost down the drain when I cleaned them daily. The hotel DOES NOT provide tissues in their rooms, so we had to purchase tissues at Walgreens. The hotel DOES NOT provide wash cloths so we had to purchase a shower scrunche so we could lather up in the shower. We came into the room agter our day out only to discover there were NO replacement bath or hand towels. Again, I had to go to the desk clerck to get towels. The bed in the hotel was OK to sleep in. The hotel is located near the Union Square Plaza and that was convienent. Would I stay again at this hotel in the future. NO.....

Tough week to stay as it was Dreamforce and rooms were expensive but I wouldn't stay again. Very old, stale smelling, nothing luxury about it including the sheets, towels, pillows or comforter. But, did the job if you need something in a pinch.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so filthy, we didn’t even use the shower. They were stains on the sheets and unrecognizable things on the nightstand. We stayed one night and left.

Although the location itself made this hotel very convenient, it was noisy at times. Refuge collection at 2am?? The hotel itself needs serious money spending on it to get it up to today’s standards.

Great location and value. Easy access to all modes of ground transportation, inckuding trolley. Walkable to T Mobile Park. Nice dining options very close. However, very noisy. Homeless people are common, but not prolific.

Property is old, however beds were clean and bathrooms and shower was updated. In room carpets looked dirty. Staff was very welcoming and helpful navigating the neighborhood. It’s a great location to visit most sights by food. We enjoyed the location. Nice to see SF recovering post COVID. City felt much better in summer of 2025 vs last year
