**** PLEASE READ FAQ BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY ****
Q1: How far is your home to ** place that I want to go?
My home located in Out Mission which is close to Balboa Bart station. If you take bart to union square, it will be around 16 minutes. Some other tourism distance, see below in getting around part. For other places, you can take a look how far it is on the map yourself.
Q2: May I get a discount? (Or alternatively is the price negotiable? Or alternatively can you give me a deal, etc.)?
There is a discount available for long term stay. Prices are automatically adjusted for this. We already set up low price.
Q3: Can I check-in early? (or can I check-out late?)
If you need to check in early or check out late, you need to notify us at least 24 hours ahead. The earliest check in time is 1pm and latest check out time is 2pm and there will be extra $30 per hour for that. If you plan to leave luggage before check in time (from 10am till 4pm) or after check out time(from 10 am till 7pm), there will be extra $15 luggage fee for that.
Q4: Does a child count as a guest? Can I book over maximum numbers of guests set up? Can I take extra people who are not on the reservation to the home?
Child counts as a guest for sure. when you make a reservation you will describe the number of adults and children. (Infants not counted as number of guests). Definitely NO for over maximum booking and extra people who are not on the reservation to the home. We all have 24 hour security camera at the entrance. If found bringing extra people to the home without our consent or permission, then there will be $100 penalty for that and if needs to stay, there will be extra $50 per additional guest and cannot over maximum.
Q5: How is parking? (or is parking made available to me?)
•For the STREET PARKING, since our street is a dead end, so there are no available spots on this narrow street. But just walking out the entrance of the street, usually there is parking spots along the street. When you park close by, need to make sure not block any others’ driveway or garage and pay attention to some restriction signs like parking time limited, otherwise your car will be towed.
**** END FAQ ****
•In San Francisco, the sun can often be hard to find through all the fog, but in this neighborhood, you are lucky to enjoy city views all around and warm sunshine through the windows.
