1. Building & unit keys must be left on the kitchen counter. Guests will be charged $50/key for any lost key; 2. Gather all trash bags & drop them in Trash Room (Black door by handicap parking)
on basement level of the building (Press B in elevator); 3. Do NOT leave any perishable trash in the unit; 4. Strip bed- put fitted sheets, flat sheets and used towels on the floor of the bathroom.
5. Turn off all lights and A/C (Presse the round button on the panel by the front door should do it); 6. Lock all windows and patio doors; 7. Put dirty dishes, pots and pans in the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location, great apartment

When we travel overseas, it can be challenging to rent an apartment. Here everything was made easy. The nice view makes the trip even better and the location is just great. Close to all the attractions the city of San Francisco offers.

Wonderful experience

My experience was exceptional. The condo was well appointed. Had everything we needed to cook, clean and relax. Christine went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and checked in several times to insure we had a great experience. When I had questions she promptly replied. I traveled here for surgery that required me to stay for two weeks and I cannot say I lacked for anything. Part of my recovery required me to sleep upright. When inquired about the pillow situation and explained my sleeping requirement, Christine being very caring and thoughtful made sure to have enough pillows at the condo so I could sleep comfortably. If you’re considering visiting San Francisco you can’t go wrong with booking this condo with Christine. In my opinion she is one of the sweetest individuals I have Had the pleasure to book with. Thank you so vey much Christine.

Great location, safe and clean

A new building with modern comforts. View of Polk and Sutter allowed us to people watch. Some street noise -a Halloween pub crawl. I'd come back here.
