Decent hotel/room for location
My family and I had really high expectations for this hotel as other reviews let us to believe it would meet those expectations, however, that wasn’t quite the case. Days prior we called requesting an early check in and we were told we would be able to do so, on the day of I was reminded that check-in wasn’t until 3 PM and even then we weren’t able to check in at 3 PM due to no one being available to check us in until nearly an hour after waiting and being told, they would be there in five minutes.
The condition of the room we were housed in was fairly outdated, but you could tell that there is an attempt to keep it clean. Strong smells of mildew/mold coming from the restroom but again the daily room service makes an attempt at cleaning it.
We requested special access to the kitchen so that we could store our child’s milk and it was granted so that was helpful.
As for safety, it seemed as though we were in a safe area, and we felt safe for the most part, there are two main doors that are locked at night (by the guests) but the main door to the building is left opened, which left us a little uneasy.
The landscape in the backyard is a beautiful site to see.
As far as location, we were in a very centralized area, close to many stores and restaurants.
