This particular rental home is situated along Las Caras de Mexico championship golf course, in the upscale El Dorado resort community and has not just golf course views but also beach views of our private beach. Feel like a playing round of golf? The Golf course is at your door step. How about a stroll along the beach? Simply make the short walk to the beach. This villa provides a private and convenient vacation retreat.

 

Interior Decor
As each of our San Felipe rentals has a unique vibe, you have several choices. The beach theme of this rental home makes it a popular choice with vacationers. The decor is such that there is a continuous flow - everything from the curtains, to the artwork, to the living room chairs all flows breathlessly. It`s a truly charming beach feel once inside and features wicker furnishing in the living and dining room amidst high ceilings.  In-house WiFi is available for guest use and also WiFi is available the the main swimming pools. TV has a Roku TV connection with Netflix. 

Interior Layout
When deciding on which of our San Felipe rentals to chose, the number of bedrooms is important to ensure everyone has plenty of space to rest after a day out in town having fun or any other activity you may enjoy on your vacation.
With three big bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6 guests, your comfort is guaranteed.

A winding staircase that gives a palatial feel takes you to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms. The master suite is a sight to behold, not just the decor, but the golf course view from the master suite patio. In the master suite, you have a king sized bed, walk-in closet, separate shower and tub flats screen TV, and his and her sink.

The second bedroom also on the upper floor has a queen size bed. No sharing of bathrooms here, this second bedroom has a separate shower-tub combo.

The third bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen bed, his and her sink and of course, a separate shower-tub combo.

 
Kitchen Amenities
Our San Felipe rentals are move in ready and with a ready-to-go kitchen. This rental home features high-end stainless steel kitchen appliance. The side-by-side refrigerator has an ice-maker as well as a water filtration system. Coffee maker, toaster, etc are all there for your convenience. The kitchen opens up to a patio with lots of seating and a stainless steel BBQ grill to prepare. This outdoor patio is a favorite spot - you get to BBQ, watch golfers and enjoy the beach view, wow, let the vacation begin.

This rental comes with 8 towels. If you need any other towels such s pool, beach, hand or face towels.  Please bring these with y ou.

Like all the San Felipe rentals in El Dorado we manage, this unique rental home, subject to availability, can be reserved online.

- Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
- This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
- If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted on the beachside of community where this rental is located.  If you wat to bring an off-road vehicle, please rent a home on the mountain side of this  community where off road veheicles are permitted.  This rule does not apply to Baja 250 and participants in other major races.  Please ask if not clear.
