The garage was stacked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, etc. The location could not be any better; short walk to the ocean beach or the bay beach. Restaurants and stores were all a short walk from the house. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. The nearby street was busy but relatively quiet at night.

Very clean and nicely upgraded place. Each floor had its own privacy which included bathroom, shower, and coffee. Definitely the best VRBO myself and my family has ever stayed. The owner was very welcoming and communicated in such a professional and friendly way. The top floor balcony views are amazing, I would stay here again.

The White House is our favorite place to stay in Pacific Beach. Its three floors and outdoor eating serves our three generation family vacation perfectly! We take advantage of the beach and the bay, plus the coffee and ice cream shops! The location is fabulous and the contact person is most attentive and helpful with questions. This was our third year at this property and we hope to return again next summer.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

My husband and I traveled with our four adult children and our three granddaughters, and this home was ideal in every way. Everyone had their own floor (and coffee machine!), the outdoor space was great for both adults and babies and the location was convenient to EVERYTHING! It was a gorgeous, well-appointed home, and I highly recommend.

We loved this property, 400 feet to the bayside and 800 feet to the beach. The house was well laid out for 2 families and was very well-appointed. We would absolutely rent here again!

The house was perfect for our trip. Fantastic location with the bay steps away, the ocean just across the street, and plenty of fun local food and drink spots within walking distance. The layout is perfect for a group with rooms on each floor, giving everyone their own space. Great communication with the host made check in and out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Not only was this home perfected located, clean, and well-decorated, but it also provided all of the beach towels, chairs, and toys one could need! We stayed here for a girl's trip and it was perfect! John was super communicative and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay flawless. Shining Star in Mission Beach

Beautiful, clean, upgraded house in Mission Beach. Property manager was very easy to work with and was able to move things around which allowed us to extend our trip by a day. The ONLY draw back is that the house is in a more residential area, so it was either a short car ride or a longer walk (we had kids with us) to the more active areas where there were more restaurants and activities to choose from. Other than that, five stars all around.

Beautiful house! Clean, well-appointed, updated everything, safe. We really loved our stay here. Appreciated the little extras provided like coffee pods & creamers, plentiful blankets, pillows, plates/glasses/mugs, flatware, spices, etc. Nice TV’s in every room, if you ever tire of beach and bay and other SD attractions. Our family tremendously enjoyed this home. It was perfect for the teenagers to have separate spaces and plenty of room for meals together on the outside patio (or at the counter the day it rained). The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, the beds were so comfortable, and the location was ideal. There were plenty of home and beach supplies, which we really appreciated, and the outdoor spaces were gorgeous and relaxing! We would love to stay here again. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the owner was available and fully responsive if needed. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a high-quality home in the heart of Mission Beach.
