Exceptionally clean condo with consistent tastful / cheerful modern decor throughout. On the quieter end of the beachfront, which we loved but still close to restaurants. Parking was convenient and secure.

The view is unbeatable and the condo is lovely. The management is pretty quick to respond if you notice any issues. The parking spot can be tight if there are vehicles on either side of you, but it worked out ok for us in a Jeep Renegade. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook with, and the grocery store is a half mile away. Lots of cute places nearby to shop and dine at. Even if all you do is sit by the window to read and watch surfers, you will love this condo. They supply some beach toys—my family enjoyed taking the boogie boards out. These were high quality and durable, not the cheap ones. Recommend!

Lovely San Diego Visit

We’ve used Nancy’s vacation properties two years in a row and it did not disappoint! The location at PB is ideal. Check in was super easy and the condo was clean and perfect for our trip. We had an ideal location right on the beach with easy in and out access. Bathrooms were modern and nice, the kitchen had everything I needed to made breakfast and dinner, and the view was ideal. We chose to use our parking spot for our bikes and park on the street, and even with our F150 we had no trouble getting parking for 10 days. Our truck is always a little too tall for these older San Diego garages, but we knew that going in. Laundry was easy and convenient. The garage was secure and safe. We only used the pool once, since we have a pool at home and would rather be at the beach, but it was clean and easy to access. We liked the hose in the front to rinse before going upstairs. We could walk to the grocery store and all restaurants, and we biked easily to Belmont Park. The windows were great at soundproofing- our kids can’t sleep with the sounds of the ocean or fireworks, but all we had to do was close the windows and it was nice and quiet. Shout out to Nancy’s for answering the phone at 10:45 PM on a Saturday night- we had extended our stay by a day and for some reason our door code stopped working. I called, got a live person, and was back into our place within 5 minutes. They were also very communicative during the whole trip! All in all a great stay with no complaints!

Needs improvement

The place is very clean and definitely cozy! Living room furniture was very small for 5 people so we either laid on beds or kitchen chairs. I think for 2-3 people it would be ideal. I usually like to cook a couple meals but the pots and pans were nasty! The laundry facilities were broken and to fix them required hours of no water in unit!The twin beds squeaked with every movement and in that bedroom the windows opened to a walkway where people would be out there talking late at night and then the birds would start squawking early morning! The master bedroom only had the lovely sounds of the ocean! I will not soon forget the very steep drive into the garage where the car would scrape the cement!The large window facing the ocean was very dirty and it was more clear looking thru the screen. Would I stay here again - NO, would I recommend to a friend - NO. The location is amazing and for 2 people it would be great!

Beautiful beach view

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Well stocked and clean unit with everything from boogie boards to beach toys to enjoy. Gorgeous ocean and sunset views. Great location. Our kids happily went between the beach and pool everyday and also close to zoo and amusement parks. Hope to return someday!

Nice seaside apartment

Everything went very well with renting this apartment at Pacific beach. This was our first visit to San Diego. It was close to the sea with beatiful view. And rhe beachwalk was right outside. We had everything we needed to cook and prepare any meal and found the apartment overall very well eqipped. It even had a pair of binoculars to watch the surfers. The apartment was modern and tidy. We had a big SUV witch fitted in the garage, ( we had to check in advance because the information about the garage said that taller cars would not fit because of pipes in the ceiling.) When we needed help, Paul from Nancy vacation was very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay!

Christmas week stay

Great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and short driving distance to many attractions. Beautiful view of the ocean, boardwalk, and pier. Condo was clean and included everything we needed for our family vacation. Owner communicated with us frequently. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Very clean, perfect ocean view and falling asleep and waking up to ocean waves is the best ever! Loved being by the beach! Spacious! Amazing location in Pacific Beach by shops and coffee and restaurants! Recommend staying here for sure! Hope to be back!

Fantastic!

Excellent location and amenities! Couldn’t ask for more. Watched sunset from the couch each night and surfers every morning. Steps to the beach and many restaurant options. Loved that our two kiddos had their own separate space. Beach towels, toys and chairs provided were great. Kitchen completely stocked. Will definitely stay again when back in San Diego.
