With capacity for 2 people, broadband Internet Wifi 300 mbs and a large communal roof terrace, where you can telework and enjoy the sunset while watching the old town. This property is perfect for both holidays and business trips. This accommodation is NON-smoking.

With capacity for 2 people, with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and Wifi fibre internet. With a large communal roof terrace, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, full of magical corners where you can disconnect.
Located in an exceptional area, very close walking distance to the main points of interest of the city with all the services around like the Starbucks coffee shop and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven-microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bed linen, smart TV, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair and fiber Wifi Internet. The roof terrace is communal for the 3 flats in the building, as well as the washing machine and dryer.

The flat is located on the first floor without lift.

Apartment Faro

Niedliches, sauberes Apartment direkt in der Altstadt von La Laguna. Ideal für Einzelpersonen oder ein Paar. Eine etwas schmale Wendeltreppe führt zu der einladenden Dachterrasse. Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeekocher für den Herd und vielem anderen wie Zitruspresse, Zauberstab etc. Vieles, was andere da gelassen haben, kann gut noch verwendet werden und muss nicht extra gekauft werden wie z.B. Gewürze, Zucker oder auch ein Föhn. Küche und Bad sind sehr modern gestaltet. Im Durchgangszimmer (Wohnzimmer mit TV) haben wir uns nie aufgehalten, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren oder auf dem Dach. Bei der Parkplatzsuche hat es sich bewährt, einige Straßen weiter in ein Wohngebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern zu fahren. Dort haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und es waren ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter verlief reibungslos. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet.
