Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Carlos, CA
The room was clean but the furnishings were in very bad condition. Furniture chipped and worn and the bed was horrible. It was as hard as a rock and we could feel the bed springs in the mattress. Quite a price to pay ($370 per day) for a sub par room.

Overall, the room and property was very nice, however, service at the check-in desk wasn’t very warm. The wall heater/AC unit lacked dials, as in they were missing. Room phone was hooked up and useless. An ice machine on the second floor would be nice.

The jetted tub had black mold on filters and jets as well as on the shower curtain. When turning on the hot water, it took about 10 minutes to get warm.
