Everyone working at this property were super helpful and nice i highly recommend this place its a bit outdated but u will have access to the bewch, 3 pools and food all day long. Thank you

El desayuno malo, muy pocas opciones para ser buffet . En el registro muy tardado como 40 min tuvimos que hacer fila por que tenian a un grupo grande en alguna conferencia y eso hizo muy tardado el proceso, creo que deberian separar las lineas cuando tengan ese tipo de grupos para no afectar a los otros huespedes. Y ni agua ofrecen miestras esperamos

THEY COULD NOT ACCOMODATE ME AS THEIR AC UNITS WERE NOT WORKING. DESPITE PAYING $750 FOR MY RESERVATION, THE HOTEL REFUSED TO PAY ME BACK MY MONEY. I GUESS I'M AT LEAST HELPING THEM PAY TO FIX THEIR AC'S. EVEN EXPEDIA CLAIMS NO FAULT DESPITE KNOWING THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE HELD OUT FOR RENT.

This place has really gone down to tubes. Sad to see. It's unfortunate, first room the cold water didn't function. The second room it functioned but was warn out and the windows to the ocean were so dirty you could bearly see out.

Needs lots of care.

First room flooded so we got moved to anothwr room which had no fridge nor microwave. Lightning in barhroom/ sink is very minimal and things are old outdated and stained. There are no icemachines so if you need ice you have to to to thw restaurant and get it from a cooler. A day before our check out someone walked into our room without knocking or announcing and I was half dressed. I didn't feel safe anymore so my daughtwr and I decided to leave one day before our original plans. I paid 800 dollars for 3 nights! Mind blowing. However, staff was very friendly and helpful especially front desk and housekeeping.

Avía rentado un cuarto “Luxuary” con balcón y en cuanto llegue me dieron un cuartó básico cualquiera. Les desmonté el que avía rentado y le echaron la culpa al Expedia que era equivocación de la compañía. Y luego la manejadora me quiera cobrar extra por el cuarto que ya avía pagado y que cambiaron la pajina en frente de mi para que no me hacían el válido el reclamo. Tome captura de pantalla y ayun así no me lo hicieron válido. El aire acondicionado del cuarto no sirva para nada. Fui a recepción si lo podían arreglar y no me ayudaron. Me quedé encerrada en el elevador porque no funcionaba y peor del caso no tenía aire. el hotel estaba sucio y oía feo! El buffet ni se diga caro y malo..Persimo servicio.

Horrible experience

Water was shut off the whole night due to a plumbing problem. Since 8pm the day we checked and the 8am the day we checkout , there was no water in bathroom , no water for toilet , no water for brushing and all basic things in the morning . We just came back from pool and trying to bath but there was no water and we all had to go to bed without taking bath with the chlorine smell on the body. Kids were completely terrified without water the whole night as there was no drop of water in bathroom. Whenever we ask the reception they were kept on saying 1 hr , 10 mins water will be back but it came only the next day morning 8am. We asked for compensation atleast during the checkout , they said they can’t do that . They promised to give a 50% reduction in next stay but that email has not come until now. It was totally horrible experience and I would NOT recommend to anybody. This hotel is overrated .

Do not belive the 4 star review on this hotel.....I give this honestly a 1 star and the star is only because the AC was working. There's too much to say that was horrible about this hotel but I'll give a few that people might care about. The rooms are so old looking, the bathtub is way higher than the floor you stand on, so be careful with that! And the wifi password changes almost daily and it's very spotty. Not to mention WHEN YOU SHOWER, the water is so weak and so little, that you take a while to really shower and get clean.....horrible choice. Overall, I wouldn't go back....
