Gorgeous villa in a beautiful part of the island. Very peaceful. Easy access to all sights. Very well equipped, solar heated pool a bonus. Owner was very helpful and easily contactable-doesn’t speak English but conversations easily conducted through google translate! Will visit again

LOVELY QUIET POSITION WITH VIEWS

So very quiet here with nice views. The villa had all we needed, and we were especially pleased that we had heating as mornings and evenings were cold. We were there a month, but had a lot of cloud, probably due to being so high up. All major towns easy to reach. Definitely need a car as it is a drive to the nearest shops, Really enjoyed the pool and the covered terrace and BBQ area. The owner was very helpful. Had a lovely time

Sehr entspannt

Wir hatten was wir wollten….Ruhe! Für uns ein wirklich toller Urlaub in der Finca. Die Auflagen für die Liegen müssten erneuert werden, ansonsten sind wir absolut zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Überdachung am Pool ist ein großes Plus. Wir können die Restaurants Habana 6 und Doña Lola in Costa Teguise empfehlen.

In der Mitte der Insel, somit alles gut erreichbar. Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem ist man sehr schnell beim nächsten kleinen Supermercado und Restaurants.

Schönes Haus (mit Verbesserungspotential)

Die Überdachung am Pool ist super, wer möchte kann sich im Schatten sitzen. Holzmöbel statt Plastikzeug im Außenbereich. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und ohne Zusatzkosten. Beim 1. Benutzen der Spülmaschine gab es Probleme, nach kurzer Zeit war jemand da, der uns geholfen hat. Zum Verbessen: Die Betten sind nicht für große Leute, mit meinen 1,80 m kam ich ständig gegen das Fußende. Die Spannbettlaken waren ausgeleiert. Die Couch müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, knackt bei jedem hinsetzen. Schubladen + Türen der Schränke klemmen teilweise. Das Fenster in einem Bad hält nur zu, weil es geklemmt ist. Ein Topf hatte nur einem Henkel, bei einem Deckel fehlt der Griff. Holzliegen & Stühle am Pool bräuchten einen Anstrich, die Räder drehen sich nicht mehr oder nur schwer. Die Auflagen für Liegen + Stühle haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Der Kühlschrank draußen ist total eklig & nicht angeschlossen. Lieber entsorgen, das macht nicht einen so schlechten Eindruck. Das Internet ist ziemlich schlecht, wenn der Seitenaufbau teilweise Minuten dauert ist das nicht akzeptabel wenn „> 25 Mbps“ angegeben ist. Ein Test hat mal 0.2, mal 4.2 Mbps ergeben. Rauchmelder liegen ohne Batterien in der Schublade, so helfen sie im Ernstfall natürlich nicht. Bei einer Villa hat man bestimmte Erwartungen, und zwar dass (fast) alles perfekt ist. Aber zum perfekt waren doch einige negative Dinge. Wäre das alles nicht, hätte das Haus den Namen Villa verdient und man könnte es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Alles gut!

Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Der Pool ist groß genug und das Wasser ist am Nachmittag schön warm. Das eine Bett könnte neu festgeschraubt werden und eine Auflaufform für den Backofen sowie Eierbecher würden das Ganze weiter abrunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön!

Schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sehr geräumig und schöner Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Die Sitzecke auf der Terasse ist sehr geschützt. Dadurch konnten wir auch Ende Oktober noch bis 21 Uhr draußen sitzen. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, zu den nächstenSupermärkten ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr freudlicher Vemieter, der uns z.B. frische Orangen aus seinem eigenen Garten gebracht hat. Wir haben sehr erholsame 2 Wochen hier verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft♥️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft, man hat alles, was man benötigt, um einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen zu können. Besonderes Highlight für uns war die windgeschützt Grillecke mit Blick auf den beleuchteten Pool abends,um den Tag in Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen. In der Nähe findet man nette Bodegas und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Auch einige Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle maison avec un magnifique emplacement

Maison très pratique et très agréable. 3 chambres dont une en enfilades, 2 salles de bain, une grand salon et une cuisine très pratique. Nous avons énormément pu profiter de l’exterieur : terrasse et piscine chauffée. La vue sur les volcans et la nature est très apaisante. La maison est très calme et très bien située. Tout est à quelques minutes de voiture (plage, visites, volcans, grande surface...). Notre hôte a toujours été très gentil et très disponible et toujours à l’écoute pour la moindre demande. Nous recommandons !!!

Just what we looked for!

Pictures are true to the property. The place is comfy, VERY quiet and easy to reach. It is located in a strategic point , a great combination of quietness and accessibility to the main roads of the island. The owner was very kind and just came to fill up some forms with us but he is very quick to appear if needed. Every few days the swimming pool is cleaned. Absolutely no complaints! We plan to come back.
