It counts on 2 bedrooms a nice living room with SmartTV that allows access to Netflix and a sofa-bed, air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom and two large covered terraces, one of them with an electric grill to enjoy a meal outdoors and then have a swim in its shared pool which is heated from November to April to the perfect temperature. One of the best features is its private rooftop solarium with views over Playa del Ingles.

These apartments are located just by the Maspalomas Dunes and a 10 minutes walk from the beach, right by the beach promenade, a beautiful place to stroll or even go cycling. Foot distance from shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, you can have anything you need at hand!

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
Late check in available and on request.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A 400€ deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
