Friendly staff but...Tv remotes not working, Tv Channel package AWFUL, pool out of service, asked to separate /pay two separate bills- one for hotel stay (in advance), one for room service. Will not repeat a stay at this property. To be fair, price was in the range for a quick unexpected need to overnight in the city but there are at least 5 other well known branded properties in this price range and area.

I am travelling with my motorcycle and my complete suit so i choose hôtels that have pools. I found it inconceivable that an hôtel, on the plateform hôtel.com don’t tell the clients when the pool in not in fonction. And I am talking a one Day incident, I mean there was no water in the pool so the problem was there for a long Time. Hôtel.com should be more restrictive with the hôtels to inform clients. Thank you
