Great beach spot

Loved everything about the place. Covered parking, easy access to the elevator, clean condo, all the cookware we needed, all the furniture was comfortable, tv was easy to use, and the view was amazing. The heated pool was great for our kids and it was easy to get down to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed 3rd floor, oceanfront home. The view is fantastic, right on the ocean with a great porch. Elevator access and covered parking a huge plus. We’ll be back!

PERFECT Location, View, Beach Access, and Comfort!

This beautiful top-floor condo is EXACTLY as advertised. The unobstructed view of the ocean is stunning whether sitting outside on the deck,sitting inside in comfy chairs or dining by the big windows. The owners were pro-active with check-in and property information as well as quick responders to any questions we asked. Our favorite features: Keyless (code) entry, ample, easy parking, an elevator, spotlessly clean rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, ice-maker, washer/dryer, beach chairs provided, nice towels, linens and extra pillows and blankets. Easy beach or pool access right outside our building makes this an optimal location. We couldn't have been more comfortable and hope to return to this little piece of paradise again soon. Bravo!

Once Upon a Tide

Awesome location with amazing views!! Owners are very accommodating and responsive. The private access to an amazing beach, pool, and hot tub are just steps away from the condo. The condo itself offers all of the comforts of home and the views from the third floor balcony are unmatched. We hope to return soon!

Fabulous view and great condo

We loved everything about our experience. The master bedroom was great and the living room and porch were wonderful. Having the elevator was helpful for my aging parents as well. It was very easy to get in to the condo and was a good location. We were very happy with our family vacation!

Best view ever

The condo has a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs enough for 5. You can also see the pool from there. The condo easily fit two grandparents, two parents, and two children ages 5 and 8. The main room was large enough for a table for 6 and sofas and chairs enough for all. The art work was especially nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The elevator and outside storage unit made going to the beach easy. The place was well-maintained and gets high marks from all of us.

Getaway to paradise

What a wonderful place to stay with an amazing ocean view as well as easy access to the beach and pool which were just steps outside the condo. Our family got to experience the beauty of beaches and swimming in the warm ocean that I got to experience growing up before moving to the PNW. My husband and I vacation each year in either Indian beach or Pine Knoll shores and will definitely rebook here next year.

Quiet location, gorgeous view

Review

The property very well kept, everything was good in working order and it was perfect for our small family. The only constructive feedback I have is that we arrived at night and the buildings are not well labelled and we were trying to enter the building next to us. During the day can see the large letter on the building but was hard to see anything at night.

Great place and hospitable owners!

Overall everything was just easy, which is appreciated when traveling with kids and for vacationing in general. Some notable things we liked - the ocean view is direct and gorgeous and the length of the balcony accommodated our group comfortably, the common area layout allowed a view of the kids playing or eating while we prepared food, the master bedroom was more spacious than I expected, the beds and pillows are comfy, the beach was not too busy (late August), the condo is at a convenient location to easily get to the pool or the beach, and the complex being located in the middle of the island allowed good proximity to food and groceries in either direction. One thing to note is that there are stairs to get to/from the beach, though it wasn’t an issue for us, even with kids. We found that what is provided is very thoughtful, which makes sense because the owners proved to be thoughtful as well. We fully recommend this place and plan to return!

Family Fun Week at "Once Upon a Tide"

We had a great week staying in Josh and Brittney's condo at Indian Beach. It is beautifully decorated and in a good location for access to the pool, beach, and to other activities on the island as well as a fun day trip to Beaufort. Visits to Fort Macon, the NC Aquarium, and Treasure Golf were also enjoyed by all. Amos Mosquito was a great place to eat on the island as well as Clawson's in Beaufort.

Great place for our vacay!!

The condo was the perfect size & layout was great! Building, elevator, pool, beach access - everything was great! Although, just having knee surgery - there were a lot of steps going down to the beach but I made it!! We will definitely be back!
