There is a bedroom with a King, and one with a Double, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twins which is the perfect layout for you and your family. Linens are provided with beds made. Additional amenities include: Central air & heat, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & dryer, 2 Color cable TVs, Wireless internet. Balcony with ocean and pool views. Complex amenities include: inside heated pool. two outside hot tubs, inside hot tub, sauna, steam showers, game room, shuffleboard courts, basketball courts, lounge, parking for boats and an outside shower & grilling area, and elevators. ONLY 2 CARS PER CONDO. This property rents on a weekly basis only from Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, NO PETS!

Overall good trip

We enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was nice and represented appropriately online. However, there are a few opportunities for the realty company to improve. 1) pest control came during the middle of our stay for a monthly treatment...we have a son with serious allergies and we were not warned about this. The property representative said the realty company was supposed to inform us. 2) water in master bath shower was scalding hot and would only cool enough for us barely stand the water when the pressure was turned down 3) dining room chair was broken so we set it aside to prevent anyone from sitting in it 4) cleaning was not great - shoes stuck to the floor and we found a bag of rotten potatoes (due to the smell) behind the dryer. We don't expect perfection but we do expect cleanliness for the kind of money we paid.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed.

The entire unit was filthy inside and out. Everything. Furniture, pots, floors, balcony. Everything had to be cleaned. By me. Tv didn’t work. Shower nozzle actually broke off in my hand. Which I learned was a known prob from the plumber that arrived a whole day later. This was my first vacation in 7 years. Cleaned and complained more than I should have. I’ve requested a refund. I realize now why there weren’t any reviews on the property when I booked and why there were no bathroom pictures. . I can deal with old. I cannot deal with dirty and doesn’t work.
