Even tho it was a renovated room the beds were too high and the mattress slid on the wooden base. At the height it was easy to injure your legs. The shower was VERY slick and not safe. Staff was amazing. We specifically stayed because of the pool and hot tub which was closed because of renovations. Even tho staff was the best the stay was not comfortable.

The pool was closed, and we had no notification until we arrived. The location is difficult to access. There was a lot of construction, so we couldn't even access stairs or elevator in the area of breakfast. We had to head to the far end away from the breakfast, down the stairs, then go back. The room was nice, the breakfast was good. Maybe it was just the timing of our visit, but communication of the construction would have been ideal since I was specifically looking for a pool with a hotel.
