Airport shuttle was timely. Room clean. In room coffee is a good service. One pack of coffee makes for really weak coffee. I did ask for extra coffee packs n used 2 per serving and it was good then. Hotel used to have real creamer in little cafe style mini serving cups. Not anymore. Just heifer dust. Wish the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't so loud and noisy. Or wasn't tied in to the light switch. The soap n shampoo dispensers hardly put out enough per press. Just to get a quarter size of shampoo, i had to depress dispenser 10 times. Aggravating.

Short stay. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes. I was not happy to pay $25 for an old pack n play for my daughter to sleep in. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice.

The owner would not honor the parking rate that I was told over the phone when I made the reservation. There was a substantial difference in cost but it was “take it or leave it” at 7:30 at night after a long day driving. The nice front desk clerk tried but the owner would not budge or even consider a discount. Tacky, dishonest, poor attitude and behavior
