This was a terrific place to stay for a ski week and to visit friends and family. It was super clean, convenient to both mountains and downtown/freeway and thoughtfully appointed with nice art, new fixtures etc. The garage was a plus and the location was quiet and safe. We’d stay again!! Communication and check in/out was great and the property manager was very responsive.

Had a great stay. Thanks for everything. We did have a problem with the you tube TV yesterday. We could not watch football games because it said we were outside the area ( in Las Vegas if that makes sense to you). So I logged into my account. But when I logged out it needed your password to log back in to your account. So someone will have to do that for the next guest if you intention is to have that available for them. Thanks again

Peace and quiet

This was the perfect place for us. Quiet, little dead end road across from an elementary school. Perfect for evening walks. Set off the main road so no street noise. And so close to movie theater, and our two favorite places to eat, Eggs in the City and Harbor seafood and steak . Also quick access to the freeway to take you anywhere in the SLC area. We will definitely keep this place on our radar for our trip next year.

A great stay, and a great host.The neighborhood is older and undergoing some revitalization. It is quiet, safe and the location is absolutely perfect. Central and close to everything - downtown, U of U, ski areas, etc. Ample restaurants and shopping within minutes.The unit is wonderful. Some of the cabinets and fixtures are older and show some signs of use, but everything was absolutely clean and squared away. Ample linens, towels, coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were in perfect working order.The host is extremely professional and attentive. Communication is clear and timely. We were gone during the day when the home monitoring system alerted the host to a potential problem with the AC unit. The host dispatched a repair service to remedy the problem and we never noticed any issue whatsoever. Arrival and departure instructions are clear and straight forward. Overall a very good experience on all fronts. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Good for a family trip

We enjoyed this home and location. Getting around SLC was easy from here. The home was clean and outfitted with plenty of beds and kitchen items. We really appreciated having a double garage so that overnight parking felt safe. I thought the kids would use the Playstation, and they were excited about it---but ours never found the time as they were busy exploring the city. Our group were 2 grandparents and grandchildren with ages ranging from 15 to 22. Lovely home.

Family graduation trip

The home was exactly as it was advertised. It was clean and had a lot of amenities. The shower was had great pressure. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. Only one suggestion, the kitchen could use a nice nonstick pan for eggs, the one currently found in the kitchen did not work well for making eggs. The location was central to everything you would want to see in SLC. The grocery store was nice and close. The property manager was very responsive and effectively communicated all necessary information. Great option for a family trip.

Good stay with a few little bothers

Great location. Easy check in and check out. Accommodating. Good parking on site. Mostly great stay except for a few annoying issues. The water pressure was so high it was painful to shower. The bathroom floor upstairs was warped so when you tried to shut the bedroom door leading in it scraped and made the loudest sound which awakened people at night. The air conditioning didn’t work But mostly it was a pleasant stay.
