So, here’s the honest truth. This place is pretty ok. Doable before a flight. It’s not the greatest part of town. It’s an aging hotel with leak fixes in the ceiling, drippy faucets, dings, dents and chipped paint on the walls. No water in the gym or in the breakfast room during my stay. The bathroom walls have had water issues and are fixed. Like, it’s ok. I wouldn’t choose to stay again personally. I needed a location near the airport with a shuttle. They run one on the top of the hour. But, I wish I had read a review like this when I was choosing a hotel. Just so I knew and could decide on my own. Hope this helps if you see the details in a hotel room like I do. :)

Rooms were clean. Good repair. Place was well lit. Relatively quiet. Biggest issue was shuttle service. We had 5am flight and needed shuttle at 3am. I had called specifically to make sure shuttle ran that time of day. Nope. But they offered free Uber - which was fine except they took 20 minutes to get there despite making arrangements night before. This is the purpose of airport hotel!!!

Staff at the facility did a great job of checking us in. However, their pass down was horrible. For the transportation to the airport they use an Uber. There was some miss communication. The individual had no idea nor did I get the 30 minute prep call. That I needed an Uber. They were able to get an Uber and I did make it.

The hotel was what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was excellent. The only complaint we have is that the walls didn’t seem to have the greatest insulation between them because we could hear people in hallway and rooms next to us…and we lost a little sleep the first night from some late arrivals.. but it still was a nice place to stay and would stay there again.

The bedroom wasn't bad, beds were comfortable. However the Jacuzzi was actually unsafe. The bubbles were coning out of the plaster, we could feel the whole paster moving on the Jacuzzi, while sitting down, we didn't stay in, it felt unsafe. Bad sheet elastic were all stretched to the point it would not stay firm in bed.

The staff washing the towels was very rude. There were several people in the pool, and no towels. He didn't want to give any out. Although there were Several in the towel room on a rack. Finally the desk girl was able to get us towels. Shower water was extremly loud and annoying from all rooms in the vicinicy. Other than this, it was a very nice stay.
