Much as I liked this hotel, we chose it because of the hot tub and when we arrived the pool and hot tub were under construction. The front desk did not even mention it and 'deceivingly' proceeded to check us in. They could have phoned me days before to let me know, but didn't. They offered a discount once I requested to talk to the manager. Surprisingly, at that point I got a call from BW letting me know of the issue, they were super nice and offered to comp a night there while we found another hotel. Very impressed with Corporate, but not with this property's management, hence the review. Room was nice, it had a balcony. Breakfast was OK.

I recovered from a triple surgical extraction in my mouth at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and safe. I will stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.
