- Group bookings are not permitted. This property is exclusively rented to families or couples.

- Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal area. Please note that the signal may not reach inside the apartment. If needed, you can rent a 4G router (at an additional cost) to enjoy Wi-Fi indoors.

- Air conditioning available only in the living room.

- Seasonal outdoor communal pool with sun loungers.

- Peaceful environment, perfect for summer stays in Salou and just a short walk from the beach.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration required at least 24 hours before arrival, including guest details as per Royal Decree 933/2021, and completion of all payments.
