Very nice and large duplex apartment is a 2 minute walk from Levante beach. It has a community outdoor pool, a penthouse with a 140 m2 private terrace with veranda, sun loungers, ping pong table, barbecue, private jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking the street.

A large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, fryer, coffee machine, etc. is available, as well as a large living room with dining room and sofa corner with flat screen TV. Some DVDs and games are available.

Four rooms are available. One double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed.

The apartment has free wifi and a parking space upon reservation. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, are available, as well as a third toilet.

The apartment is air conditioned and has heaters for the winter.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the beach on foot, in a very quiet area, in the tourist area, next to the beautiful tourist promenade of Salou where you will find shops, restaurants, bars with the multitude of leisure offers , children's parks and aquatic activities.

With more than 14 km of coastline, in Salou you will find what you need. Beaches with all amenities, suitable for everyone, accessible and with all the leisure offers available, as well as beaches with fir trees, more peaceful and magnificent.

The magnificent sea cliffs can be admired by a walk (Ronda path) with walkways over the sea, offering the visitor almost to touch the water and admire the steep and magnificent coast, far from the noise of the Costa Dorada.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Buses and trains run there regularly. A bus connection is available directly from Barcelona Airport.

The Port Aventura theme park and Ferrari land are just a few minutes away. A bus is available a few meters from the apartment. A large water park, Caribe Park is also nearby.
