Bon contact avec le propriétaire très sympathique de la location et disponible pour répondre aux questions malgré la difficulté de la langue nous avons utilisée Google traduction. bon emplacement de la location proximité immédiate avec la plage. Parking en sous sol très appréciable. Chemin côtier très sympa pour rejoindre Salou très rapidement. Je recommande cette location avec une vue formidable sur la plage et ses couchers de soleil.

Bel appartement bien situé

Très bel appartement très bien situé. l'appartement se trouve sur la petite plage de Capellans. A 900m du centre-ville de Salou beaucoup plus animé. L'établissement n'est pas récent mais propre et cadre correct. il y a juste à descendre la petite rue de l'établissement pour vous rendre à la plage. L'appartement en lui-même est très bien agencé, la première chambre à l'entrée est un lit de 140cm, un peu juste pour 2 adultes. La seconde chambre à un lit de 90cm soit pour un enfant ou un adulte seul. Dans le living se trouve un canapé convertible qui vous offrira 2 couchages supplémentaires avec en prime la vue sur la plage au soir et au réveil. Un manque de rangement pour ceux qui dorment dans le living est à souligner mais peut-être corrigé par les armoires dans les chambres annexes. La cuisine est correctement équipée, four trad, four à M-O, frigo et congélo, machine à laver le linge et ustensiles de cuisine. Petit bémol, le système de climatisation n'est pas pourvu de pompe, il faut donc vider chaque jour le berlingot d'eau prévu à cet effet ou ça va couler sur les balcons du dessous. Les propriétaires ne passent pas par agence, il est donc conseillé de comprendre un peu l'espagnol pour comprendre les informations essentielles pour votre confort. L'emplacement de la pharmacie, du docteur, du supermarché, du bon restaurant ainsi que des poubelles publiques. Pour le prix nous avons vraiment passé 2 semaines incroyables car nous n'avons jamais eu une telle vue pour ce prix.
