The house overlooks the Mediterranean Sea from its terraces. It is located in a quiet area of Monte Los Almendros. You can also enjoy these incredible sea views from the heated swimming pool. You will no doubt be tempted to spend hours relaxing in it!Please join us for a short tour of Villa Vittorio:At street level there is a private, uncovered parking area with capacity for one car, plus outside the house there is space to leave 3 cars. From here there are three paths, one to the inside of the house, one to the pool area and one to a terrace on the left hand side. When you open the front door and enter the house, you will be greeted by breathtaking sea views, you will immediately feel that this is a place to relax and enjoy!On the main floor a large living room, another living room with reading area leading to an interior terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, also a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Central electric blinds system. All this floor communicates to a terrace, from where you will be able to see magnificent sea views, as well as a gas barbecue where you will be able to spend very cosy evenings. The living area offers everything you need for a wonderful time, two nice and comfortable sofas. There is satellite TV with channels in almost every language, wireless WIFI connection. All terraces have a table, the inner terrace has a large table for 8 people. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two of them of considerable size with large wardrobes. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed and another bedroom has a bunk bed.On this floor you can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette.From two of these bedrooms there is a door leading to the pool area.The pool area consists of the pool itself, a wide terrace with sun loungers and a nice garden with fruit trees. The pool (9 x 3,5 m.) is heated and lined with blue tiles. On the terrace, there is an area with an inviting sofa and chairs so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic views and the sunset. After the pool there is a path that leads into the garden, where you can enjoy a terrace with a low table and the jewel of the house, a large jacuzzi where you can enjoy dreamy sunrises. This amazing villa has many extra touches and details, your comfort and enjoyment is guaranteed. The whole house has air conditioning and heat pump installation, which allows the temperature to be controlled independently in each room. There is also a washing machine.The recreational area of the urbanisation where this villa is located is only five minutes away. Guests have free access to the communal areas, such as the tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch and playground.The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes drive away. Access to the airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easy. If you manage to get out of this wonderful house there are many things to see and do in the area, such as the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, where you can enjoy beautiful walking and hiking routes. Sierra Nevada is less than 75 minutes away, so from November to April you can ski in the morning and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon.
