The apartment was very well kept and clean. There were utensils and other kitchen items that came in handy for making breakfast for the family. The location was perfect as it was not far from all the beach activities. There was a security person 24 hours a day which helped with the safety aspect. There is street parking but it is literally in front of the building and security sits outside most of the time so everything felt safe. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend.

Nice secure building. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. The building is lovely, the condo is lovely, and the location is wonderful. The staff of the building are wonderful and helpful and responsive.I was disappointed in the job that the cleaning crew did before we got there. The stove top was not cleaned at all; it was covered in grease. The building manager came right in and took care of it, but it kind of soured my feeling about the whole place. The stove is in a really strange location in the corner where half of it is blocked by a countertop. So if you’re hoping to do a lot of cooking, it will not be comfortable. It was not comfortable in the kitchen for us.

We had a great time. The owner made everything possible. The hot water wasn’t working when we told her it was fixed the next day. We had a leak in the ceiling when we told her we had someone to help us with bucket and mop right up. We left after so not sure if fixed right away. The only thing is the kitchen could use a few things like hand towels, dish towel, oven mitts etc. The stovetop wasn’t the best but we cooked on it so it works. We had a great time and would go back. Thanks

My parents have a property few blocks from this apartment, but coming for my mom’s 90th BD party. We needed a bigger place. I love the location and thr view of the ocean, as i have never had thatin Salinas. The building guards are very attentive and helpful. Will come back next year.

Great location...spacious condo!

All was as expected with welcoming reception from staff .Tanya was great at communication,giving us good directions to get there by taxi from the bus terminal in Santa Elena.Unfortunately,we experienced difficulties with no hot water in the kitchen...and the refrigerator needed attention by a repairman.Tanya was available by the unit telephone,and she had the condo service people inspect our concerns.The refrigerator was repaired..hot water was still an issue but we understand that this was not a quick fix..so we adjusted!Happily we had hot water and good pressure in the shower.Tanya was most apologetic to us...and we appreciate the consideration that she promised us.We have no doubts that these concerns will be addressed as Tanya herself was to be in residence following our stay ....For future tenants,please note that drinking water is available from the staff who will deliver it to you for $2.25. We enjoyed taking the chairs and umbrella to the beach!..and the hammocks were used everyday for siestas! Happy to have a free telephone service to North America too!Jhimy,s restaurant,out the door,turn left...two blocks...GREAT place to eat!!Great prices to.The Jazz Club for an omelette is outstanding in taste and value...enjoy your stay!

Very good location for quick access to the malecon.

Right in front of the malecon. Not in the most action area but not at the dead quiet end either. First floor is not high for a bird's eye view but high enough that people are not looking in at you as they walk by. Lots of furniture, kitchen is supplied with things like toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots etc. But we did have to wash everything before using as it seems nobody bothers washing things after using. TV is ok and we moved some furniture around so we could sit and watch. Internet was good after a router reboot and the free calls to Canada were nice. AC in the bedrooms but not the main area and the fully retractable windows allowed the bugs in the evening. Lighting was a bit dim especially for the kitchen in the evening. Hot water was quick so you were not waiting for a shower. Two elevators in the building plus stairs. Security was good with onsite supervision 24/7 and available to help if needed. Was ready for use with new soap, towels, iron and clothes washer. The ironing board was inhabited by an ant colony. The shower worked better in the common bathroom than it did in the master bedroom. Room for two in the master bedroom and three or maybe four in the second. I guess you could put two in the maid's quarters if you were that desperate. We only saw one cockroach but he is not there anymore because I found him in my cookies when I got to Quito. Overall a decent value for your money.

Great location, view and ammenities!

This property was exactly as described and Tanya was very prompt responding to messages. The bedrooms have split A/C units, which we didn't use as with the windows open there was such a great breeze the A/C wasn't required. The balcony area has been incorporated into the living area of the unit and the glass panels slide out of the way to give an open air feeling and a great view of the ocean. It has a full kitchen which we used for some breakfasts and lunches (full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker). Not that we watched much TV but there is TV in the social area and in the master bedroom (we even found a couple English speaking channels), good WiFi and free phone calls to US and Canada. This property is literally across the road from the beach (although the beach here has the small crushed shells) and a short walk down the Malecon to a sandy beach or a $1.50 cab ride to Chipipe beach which is just on the other side of the yacht club. Both of these beaches were clean. At the time of our stay the beaches were crowded on the weekend and much less crowded during the week The property has 24 hours security and a dedicated property manager. All were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.
