The room was quite dated, which is fine, but the bathroom/shower had quite a bit of mold. Additionally, the spa pools and floor could have used a big clean. We were instructed to walk through the turkish spa in our own slides, which we had walked all over Madrid in, there was hair on the floor, and additionally mold/water stains on the water line of the pools. The massages were nice, but oddly you had to pay the additional 25 euro to use the spa pools after the massage, which is fine, but typically it is included and seems like it should have been.

A nice property that with some tweaks could be really lovely. For instance there wasn’t a single vegetarian offering on the menu nor could we get a recommendation for a place to eat. Do four nights of driving around searching for food with little help from the hotel. We researched it and found an amazing place 10 minutes away which the staff at the desk knew about! So why didn’t they suggest it? A nice breakfast but flies were everywhere making us want to dine and dash. Wi-Fi almost didn’t ever work except at front desk. We were 3 people and received 2 tiny bottles of water upon arrival but no more. Fix these kinds of inconveniences and we’d consider returning so we can go back to the amazing vegetarian restaurant nearby!

Buen hotel, hermoso spa, buena comida. Aún así esperarías mejor servicio. Es un hotel supuestamente “5 estrellas” y no hay room service a las villas. El chiste se cuenta solo.
