This hotel seems to deal more in giving spa massages than actually being a hotel. It was very quiet and very few staff. The room was adequate but the bathroom was dirty and had not been used in a while. Easy access and security was fine. For one night it was suitable but I would not recommend any longer.

촉박하게정하다가 도착날새벽도착이라 잠만잘생각으로결정한건데 아무리잠만자도 돈아까워요 차라리 더주고좋은데자는게나을듯해요 대충보면깨끗한거같지만 침구에서나는냄새와 밝을때보면 침구가전부 누리끼리해서 그걸봤다면 못잤을텐데 자고나서봐서다행이라 해야할지 위치는 완전시내 정중앙에 맞은편에클럽있어서 늦게까지시끄러워요 게다가 엘베없이3층까지 짐가지고가야됩니다 다시는안갈호텔 직원은친절함

This property is located in the heart of Garapans tourist district. Well worth the price, its island rustic qualities display the character of its history and its perseverance throughout Saipans contemporary events. One may find solace in a higher end accomodations, but in order to immerse oneself in the experience, one must be available to receive the Saipan experience. Why not?

全体的に日本人の大人が泊まれる宿ではないです。ホテルとしてのサービスは期待できません。 ハブラシとタオルはありました。 部屋の掃除は一切入りません。部屋には色々な虫が沢山いて飛んでいたり、壁際に屑のような物が毎日大きくなっていく所が何箇所もありました。毎晩夜にはケケケケとヤモリが部屋の中で鳴きます。 床はジャリジャリしてるので裸足では歩けないです。携帯用のスリッパをお勧めします。 空港までの送迎はしてくれますが20ドルの有料です。 窓の外がすぐ建物なので一回もカーテンは開けられませんでした。 冷蔵庫の電源を入れてもらったら水浸しになったり、コップは全て不潔感があって使えなかったです。 テレビは置いてあっても観れなくてフロントの人を呼んでみてもらっても、直らず、アイドンノーと言われて去られてしまいました。 出掛ける時に鍵を預け、戻った時に部屋番号を言ってもすぐに鍵をくれず、部屋に電話したり、その部屋は無いなど意味不明で中々伝わらなかったので預けるのはやめました。 フロントがある1階にはホテルではあり得ない、いつも気怠そうにして座っているスタッフらしき人達がいました。 場所やシャワーのお湯や出はよかったです。 シャワーの湯と出は良い 部屋は広い タオル類はあるけど他は全く何も無いです。

Disappointing

Stayed for 3 nights,booked on line.There,s no where to park & if you do fined one hope no one parks you in. From the front the place is cute .The staff was very friendly & helpful. First they put us on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Husband has leg problem & the next day they moved us to the 1st. floor. Both rooms where bad.1 channel on t.v that was in English that worked.So staff is very nice ,place is not.
